DELIVERIES

 

Within Australia, we use registered express post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by ZIPPORRA to be authorised to receive the Goods on Your behalf.

 

Deliveries will occur between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Exact times cannot be given. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address at time of deliver, you will need to make alternate arrangements regarding a suitable time with the carrier. You may be required to pay an additional fee.

 

Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

NOTE: We currently only ship items to addresses within Australia unless emailed at info@zipporra.com

 

STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES

$10 Australia-wide. [All charges quoted to you are inclusive of GST.] You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery within 4 business days for orders placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday – Friday (For in-stock items only). Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and ZIPPORRA will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership of and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:

 

PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

 

ZIPPORRA will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods where one of the above matters apply.

 

RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME OF DISCOVERY OF THE DEFECT.

 

Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase. ZIPPORRA will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods where any of the above matters apply. If you wish for a refund, the refund will be applied to the original payment of purchase.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will happily assist you with an exchange, provided:

EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

 

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you may contact ZIPPORRA at info@zipporra.com or on 0402 606 034 and we will assess your request for an exchange for the same value of the purchase price. Amounts exceeding the exchange price must be paid for in full at time of exchange. Amounts lesser than the exchange value, will be issued in form of a credit note and may be used towards future purchases.

 

Return shipping must be a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. ZIPPORRA take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.

 

LIMITATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa. The following items are non refundable and non-exchangeable for other items: lingerie, swimwear, leather goods or sales items.

By completing purchases with ZIPPORRA, You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

 

The Agreement exists between You and ZIPPORRA once ZIPPORRA receives and accepts an Order.

 

ZIPPORRA has no obligation to sell or supply the Goods until the Order is received and accepted.

 

PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT

 

The price you shall pay for the Goods shall be the price specified on the website. You also agree to pay the delivery and handling fee including goods and services tax (Australia Only) which ZIPPORRA is required to collect from You. (Starting in May) International purchasers are responsible for their own countries duties and taxes.

 

The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.

 

PACKAGING AND LABELING OF PRODUCT

 

All goods sent out by ZIPPORRA will be sent out in the most suitable packaging for the item/items purchased to ensure protection of the item. Care labels will appear on all garments and should be followed strictly.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

You acknowledge that ZIPPORRA and its related corporations own or are licensed to use all Intellectual Property Rights in ZIPPORRA.com (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs or text which appears on the website). You agree that You will make no representation to oppose, and that You must not use or copy ZIPPORRA in any manner, the rights of the owner or licensee of such Intellectual Property Rights.

 

You acknowledge that any trade marks or logos which appear on the ZIPPORRA website are owned by or licensed to ZIPPORRA, and that you must not do anything to influence the rights of the trade mark owner or licensee to such trade marks or logos.

 

 

CHANGES

 ZIPPORRA may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Agreement. Your use of the ZIPPORRA.com service and ZIPPORRA product will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.
